This week I am throes of the writing process… .Writing and marketing coach friend Windy Lynne Harris of the Backstory Cafe at http://thebackstorycafe.wordpress.com set me on fire with Stuart Horwitz’s Blueprint Your Bestsellermanuscript structure process.
I’ve been working on average nine hours a day since starting on this. That spells exhaustion. But a satisfied–artistic–exhaustion. So, for now, I will let the pictures speak, and when I’ve had time to reflect more on the process, I’ll tell you all about what I’ve learned. (For more info from the source, visit: http://www.bookarchitecture.com.)
Until then, I’ll let the images of my chaotic organized foray into physically deconstructing my book –with the hope of reconstructing it into a bestseller (what else, right?)–speak for themselves… .
Cheers!
More sooner. Or later…
Into what projects have you lost yourself for hours with your hungry family and dog howling in the background?

Renee is one of my in-person writing buddies. Look what she’s doing with her lovely book! This book she recommends by Stuart Horwitz is already winging its way to me so that I can do the same thing with mine. Best of luck, Renee!! xo
Ah, those photos give me nostalgic flashbacks of chaotically creative times of my life. Most definitely when I was writing non-stop while living in China (not much else to do when you don’t speak the language). It was a wonderful time of highlighters and sticky notes. Perhaps I need to check out that book…
Aussa, If you enjoy highlighters and sticky notes…that’s just the tip of the excitement iceberg in this process! Would love to read about your China adventures! – Renee

I like how you start with a hot pot of tea and end with a nice warming brandy. Cheers, friend!
