“Their stuff’s always on Pandora,” she said.
While my father pointed out that Clinton is probably one of the world’s most well-known and appreciated figures and his speeches were worth the price of admission, my mother reminded me not to push the limit and try to take in my professional camera. “When Daddy Bush spoke at DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution) Convention I attended, they were combing through purses and not letting in people with large cameras.”
Bravo! It is so great to see you back.

Thank you. As you can see, I’m a bit behind. But so glad to be in this space and thinking about these things!

Ha! The girls will remember “Jimmy Eat World” for now, but will always remember how their mother dragged them to see a former president. They will tell their story to their own children when they do the same years from now. As we grow older, we appreciate those times our parents dealt with all the “do I have to??” and look back on them more fondly.

You said it so succinctly… it took me many more paragraphs and words to paint that picture! Good to hear from you!

Mr Clinton always comes across as a great speaker and a very intelligent man. How exciting for you all to hear him in person. I think your children will realise in the future how lucky they were that day. I heard on our news yesterday that there are rumours that Mrs Clinton will make a run for President again in four years.

How fascinating to hear this from your side of the world! We are long overdue–as the so-called “leader of the free world”–to have a female president! – Thank you, Renee

Jimmy Eats World rocks and so does Clinton. I am sad that Rich Carmona didn’t have a stronger following. It surprised me. I have watched Clinton’s speech from the DNC at least three times. He’s amazing.

Thanks for voicing in! Good to hear from you! A bit shocking on Carmona – a Republican pick and all under Bush… this is such a crazy state. Wonder if the numbers on Carmona mean it’s headed to the middle here?
